Since Memorial Day was unusually cool (80º) we couldn't carry out our normal tradidtion of swimming-so we tried our hand at bowling. If only we had know that the cost of bowling has risen proportionally to the cost of gas! The kids loved it and we really pretty good (although they did have bumpers). We all had a super fun day and enjoyed being together as a family.

Look at both Kennedy and Camden's ball-headed right for the pins! (we did have to wait 30 minutes for the ball to make it all the way down, but it was worth the wait :o)

Look at our Form!
Kennedy loved the blower.
We loved how Camden would put his hands on his hips-after every bowl!
Kennedy just could not get over our super cool shoes.
Addie loved all the sights and sounds.
It's hard to see, but Camden was beating Amber through most of this round. Thankfully her form came back in the second game-and all was right in the world again.

You all are way too cute! Amber, where do you find the time?
I'm so glad your found our blog! Thanks for the invite to yours! Your kids are just so dang adorable!!
That looks like so much fun! We love bowling!
Hey Amber! We love bowling too. Can't wait till the kiddos are big enough to do it. Anyway, I gave in to the pressure and started a family blog. So check us out when you get a sec.
80 degrees is unusually cool!?! What the monkey! Glad to see you found some cool weather diversion. What a great idea - I think we'll have to take the kids bowling. We're postponing a camping trip to the Olympic rainforest because it is unusually cool (and wetter) this spring - high of 54 (does that count as cryogenic to you Sunbelters?). ;-)
One good thing here is that bowling is still really cheap- our kids LOVE it! The shoes are an extra bonus to the bowling fun!
