So this story is too funny not to tell. And it's just another example of the clever and hilarious things that Camden says everyday. Camden is not the best dinner eater-breakfast is his meal-which is fine. So it is usual for Camden to ask how many bites of dinner he has to eat, especially if dessert is involved. (no dinner=no dessert) Anyway so last night he was down to his last bite of vegetables, and he asked Amber to help him, and this was his dialog that followed. Will you put the fork into my mouth? because. . .
My head says "Don't eat the broccoli."
But my heart says "Let's eat the broccoli so we can be healthy and have joy."
Alright, c'mon heart
All the while he is using hand jesters as well. And he opens up and eats the broccoli. He is the funniest kid. Do you know how hard it is to punish him when he says something so funny. We love Camden!

He is so cute! I love that he is the sunbeam that sings every song during Primary! It runs in the family (Kennedy too)
That is so funny! At least he will still eat it.
That is so cute! I cant resist kids when they say stuff that you know they have thought so much about and are so honest! Thanks for sharing!
So cute! It seems like dinner time is such a struggle at our home (unless it is a burrito with "cream and salsa". Maybe if Seth would say something funny like that I wouldn't get so ornery. Miss you guys!
That's really cute! What a funny little boy!
oh camden! that was the cutest thing to say. which actually makes me want to be more patient with my own at vegetable eating time... dont we all do that, my head and heart are always at battle too!
