So this morning, we go to do laundry and change out the dryer EXCEPT. . . it stinks to high heaven! Well as we start to pull these "clean" clothes out, we find some diapers mixed in with them. What must have happened is that Addie loves throwing things in the dryer so much that she just picked up the ever so near diapers and threw them in too! And they weren't taken out so quickly because "Diaper duty man" is at preschool this morning. This may change our whole chore system! :o)

Mommy's little Helper
This is one of those stories that you could either groan at or laugh at. Fortunately we chose to laugh at this one.
So we have a little ritual in the mornings as far as our "chores" go. When we first get dressed for the day, we put the dirty diapers/pull-ups in the laundry room which leads out to the garage. Then when we get home from taking Kennedy to school, Camden has diaper duty and takes these all out to the outside garbage. That is, except M,W,F when he has preschool and it gets done after that. Anyway, when we get home from the school drop off, we usually do a load of laundry. Addie likes to help, so we'll put the wet clean clothes on the dryer lid (it folds down) so she can push them into the dryer. Then we close it up and off we go to our other chores.

OH MY! I'm not really sure what to say - I'm glad you chose to laugh at it... I 'm not sure I would have! But from this perspective - it is hilarious!! Will your dryer ever be the same??
How bad were you gagging as you were trying to figure out the stink?! What a GREAT helper for you!
Oh wow! That's so funny! That deffinately is something you just have to laugh at. I've been trying hard to laugh more and stress less. I sure feel like our home is happier. Way to laugh!
Yeah, I would consider putting the diaper pile in a different place! Or else the dryer!
Haha. Really funny.
