And Joe's Bar-B-Que has their yearly customer appreciation night (free lunch/dinner). Yes we know there are some of you wishing you had planned a vacation out here, right about now.
Since we have lived here, Amber has been quite the trooper and taken the kids to these 2 events. (we told you we can't pass up free or ultra cheap). And for the past 2 years she has coincidently met up with 2 friends for both events, and it's become tradition now. So it was almost comical that when she went to Scoop Night tonight, there was one of her freebie friends. Yes, Amber may be slightly nuts-taking all 4 kids (baby being 2.5 weeks old) just to get cheap ice cream before dinner. But hey, the kids love it and look forward to it every year. (The adults may look forward to it more than the kids).
So if you love a good bargin, let us know and we'll pass them along, AND we'll be looking for ya at scoop night next year!

That was pretty funny to run into each other again! It was fun seeing you and your cute baby! I'm still bummed we're missing Joe's free day, oh well.
I missed the scoop night this year. But you'll have to let me know if Joe's bbq has gotten better... last time I went I was in line for over 2 hours and decided it was not worth the free part!! And what happens when your birthday falls on a Sunday... I'm going to miss all the free stuff this year!
