So this is just a funny story that has to be shared. Yesterday at church, Travis was up on the stand blessing the sacrament, and Amber had all 4 kids by herself on the pew. During the sacrament hymn, Amber looks up at Travis and he's motioning that Addie has something in her nose. Amber looks and it's her finger, but upon pulling out said finger there is something dark still there. She looks and discovers that it is a raisin! Addie had been eating raisins. (Travis had been witnessing this and had been trying to discreetly get Amber's attention)
Well Amber tries to pull it out, but it's stuck. At this same point Easton starts to cry and complain-he's hungry. Well as she starts to tend to him, Addie puts her finger back to her nose pushing it further up. Not wanting this to turn into an "urgent care" situation, Amber tries to stop Addie. . . Easton starts crying again. (Mind you this is all during the sacrament hymn) So Amber has Kennedy come help with Easton, and then she starts praying that her mini-leather-man is still in her purse...viola!!! She whips out the tweezer attachment and goes to work. Just as she pulls out the raisin, she hears a laugh-it's the bishops kids who have witnessed the whole thing (sitting right in front of us). Amber shows the raisin to Trav-they both shake their heads and stifle a laugh. On Father's day no less. We're still laughing about it!
Is this a typical sacrament meeting with 4 kids?

You are a super mom! 4 kids, 1 raisin, spectators and a mini leatherman! That is a great story!
Maybe I should start carrying a Mini-Leatherman. . .if I don't, I'll probably end up with the 'urgent-care' ending of this story someday!!!
