Charger fan?

Do you think this kid is a San Diego Charger fan? He wrote a letter to Philip Rivers (their quarterback), and he included this picture of him. This is his bedroom and bedding set. He also has a jersey, several flags, and other Charger paraphernalia. And he's not just a fair weather fan. Camden will watch old games (the ENTIRE game) and know the players and what happens in each game.
