Amber has a wonderful aunt who we all absolutly adore ... Aunt Edie. She lives in San Diego, and yet she likes to leave her beautiful home to come and visit us. We were both finally able to give each other our Christmas presents-she is so kind and always thinks of us. when she was coming in Travis and Amber were at a wedding, so she just hopped right in and watched the kids after school.

The first night she was here we took her to the loacl observatory. Travis sacrificed and stayed home with the little boys, so it was just Amber, Edie and the big kids. We were able to see the 4 moons of Jupiter-we have so many wonderful things available to us in the community! Gotta love Camden's new "smile." He said he's trying to show his teeth.

On Saturday we took Edie to the local train park. Who doesn't like to explore trains?! Above we are exploring a caboose. Little Colston still loves his baby sling-and Amber loves that it frees up her hands. Edie recently had total knee replacement surgery, and yet she was all over that park with us!
Then of course we had to get in one of those big giant engines, and pull the whistle! Our favorite is watching the kids walk "the rails".

Then on Sunday we took her to the Gilbert temple visitors area. The temple is coming along! It's going to be so beautiful and we are so excited for it.

And Monday we went and had lunch with the kids at school. Can you see that Colston loves his food-it's all over his mouth!
We certainly kept her busy while she was here, and she loved it (or at least faked it well). But life is never dull in home. We love Edie and are so thankful for her!
