Last day of 2nd Grade

The last day of school is always packed full of fun-and this was no different. One of the biggest events is field day-where they go to several different events.  It was fun to see how well Cam did on the climbing wall-he was a regular monkey.  He knew how to get low to grab the girl's flags.

Then of course there were the water events.  Always a plus in that warm weather. Camden's teacher Ms. Baker, got into too by spraying the kids down with the hose.

Then of course the water gets going crazy, so you have to lay out to get dry.

Cam and his buddies had really gotten into the game of "speed". He had gotten pretty good at shooting baskets. 

This was a paper war in Cam's class, along with his "yearbook." It was a really good year for Camden.  He read all but 4 of the Magic Treehouse books and really developed a love of reading. His teacher was great and he had a bunch of good friends.
