Donating Hair

The girl's hair was getting really long and needing a haircut. Now since it was summer and hot, and their hair had gotten really long. So they decided (with a little encouragement) to donate their hair. We decided to donate to the Pantene beautiful locks program because they only required 8 inches and they donate their wigs (whereas other programs sell their wigs.

Addie was first up. She is a lover and cuddler, and as a result her hair would get messed up after just an hour of sitting in church. So Amber was especially excited to get Addie's hair cut. Travis was a little nervous. But as you can see, she looks cute no matter how long her hair is!

Our friend Mandy was so wonderful and donated her skills to help these girls donate their hair. Kennedy was next-she was a little nervous after the first cut, but loved the way it felt after it was all done.
