We're buying a house!

So I know that we have been saying that for months now-but his time it's a "go." We have a contract, completed inspection, and signed papers-and it's looking good. Now many of you have been asking or are the curious type so here are a few pictures.

It is about 4 years old and has NEVER been lived in! There are tags still on the oven and microwave-which is good and bad. Good: no one has lived on that carpet or destroyed anything. Bad: there are no window coverings, and a gravel backyard. So we have a little work ahead of us, but it's like buying a brand new home. We love the location and the layout and are excited to have some more space-especially with a little one on the way. It's almost 2800 sq ft-so on the floorplan, it has the bedroom/bath downstairs and the big gameroom upstairs. It's only 2 miles down the road, so we will keep Kennedy at her current school-which we love!
We are excited to have a new home, and more space, but are sad to leave our great neighbors and ward.

That sounds like the perfect home! Where is it at? We have to stick it out another year or two in our current home - but I'm already looking at the options out there. This looks like a great layout!
