Spring Break fun!!

Well Spring break just finished for our family, and although we didn't take a trip anywhere, it was still fun filled, and the weather was beautiful!

The first of the break started out by having several visitors. We enjoyed showing off our new house and playground just across the street. Grandma stayed until Monday night which was an added bonus. So we took her to the train park and rode all the rides.

Since Grandma has given all of our kids their first haircut, we asked if she could cut Addie's (it was getting very mulet-y). Addie was great for her first haircut and even said "pretty hair" (which she refuses to repeat, but both Grandma and Amber heard it). Now last week Kennedy had said that she wanted to grow her hair long again, but upon seeing Grandma cut Addie's, she asked if Grandma would cut hers short (just in time for the warm weather!)

(curly vs straight)

After dropping Grandma off at the airport, Kennedy and Camden started to complain about their tummy's hurting. And shortly there after, Camden proved it (luckily we had a cup handy). So Tuesday was spent keeping the troops on the down low just in case this mysterious 30 min flu reared it's ugly head again. But we had fun with picnic lunches in front of the TV, with our handy buckets close by.

The rest of the week was spent playing at the playground, running errands, enjoying the kids play area at the grocery store, playing with friends, and staying up later. Amber loves to have the kids home, but by the end of the week everyone seems ready to go back to a schedule.

Sounds so fun! Don't you love the grandparents!? The kids and I are in Utah, and Ryan is still working in LV. We hope to know what is going on with our house this month (renter staying, buying it, or selling it to someone else etc). We will keep ya'll posted. How are you feeling? Ready for #4?!
