Easton's 3rd birthday

Little Easton...well he's not quite so little (he weighs as much as Addie)...just turned 3.  That crazy boy has been such a light to our family.  There is never a dull moment when he's around.  He wears his emotions on his sleeve and you can always tell what he is felling-he has the best pouty lip and slumped shoulder look, and the biggest smile and cutest laugh, as well as a very high pitched whiny voice-that is used too frequently.  He also gives great hugs and is so excited for his daddy to come home, everyday ("Daddy's home!"-and then he bolts to find him). He loves his friends-he has 2 BFF's. No seriously, they are his BFF's.  He gets so excited to see them.
He is such a smart kid...probably why he can be mischevious.  He knows which shoes goes on which foot, his numbers, colors, ABC's and more!
(I love this picture of him-he's brushing Barbie's hair like he's seen his sisters do)
He is perfectly happy with who he is, and will be all boy, or gladly play whatever floats his boat.
When we asked him what he wanted for his birthday dinner, he said "My Lightening McQueen Cake." He loves Lightening McQueen-he got 2 new pj's of Lightening (totaling 4) and he wears them non-stop. Although he isn't as big on WATCHING the movie.

Cute Easton Quotes:
-"I have a treat for you!" As he's holding something behind his back...usually underware or pull-up's.  Yes oh how that is a treat to have one less child in diapers
-"Hot-a-loon!" translation...hot air balloon...we see these quite a bit and he gets so excited to spot one.
-"Nin-now" translation...window
-"Mommy, I see the birdies...and they are singing!"...It totally made me smile.
-"Easton, what are you doing?.....Sorry Mommy."....He had his hand in the peanut butter jar, under the table...and afterward he still didn't stop.
-"Why do we pray Easton?...cause Jesus is sad...why is he sad? ...cause mommy said he's on the roof." (no explanation for this one)
-"Mommy are we going to gok, gong, gung?...Buddy what are you saying?....go, gong, gung....what is that? a place? a thing?.....gok, gong, gung!.....(Addie, asleep on my bed, pops up and says...) He means 'walk-jog-run'.....Oh!!!" (He never onced changed how he said it either)
